Pier 4 Heidelberg

My man and I had plans to eat on board this cruiser at midday, so we decided not to have breakfast as we usually get on holiday later, but when we tried to order a meal, we were told that they only served drinks! there. weren't even nuts, cracks or cookies on board. Fifty minutes later we couldn't wait to get out, because we were not only very hungry, but also very slow. the management would have had the courtesy to inform their paying guests by email or text that no eating or even snacks are served so that we could have eaten before the start. they have our money book our credits attitude, loyalty or loyalty!

The mojito ice is exceptional. political and nice staff. good food to a good price and a super-visit

As mentioned, we have enjoyed an excellent river view... it is a pity that it is not in the other side and we will then have beautiful views of the castle, but it was ok. The menu is quite small, but everything they offer is...great and we have really enjoyed their food.

Looking for a nice place with a view? Probably one of the most underrated restos in Heidelberg, the Pier 4. A modern houseboat that comes with stunning view at the riverside. Service is very friendly and the menu come with a great selection of food...and wines. Unfortunately, sometimes waiting times are too long, depending on how busy the kitchen is. Quality is good, though. All in all a recommendation for all heidelberg travellers that want to take a breath of fresh air whilst watching the Old Bridge from a distance.

The location and the view are beautiful! we were here to celebrate our civil trust and were disappointed by eating. the steak has smelled strange, 5 of our guests have to give him back. the staff was very nice and helpful, you can't blame him! because the intention is unique for heidelberg (further local directly on the water I don't know) and because the personal is so nice I would go back here without having high expectations on the feeds
