If the weather is an exception, you can eat German on the square and admire the landscape, the radler is also excellent

It was magnificent weather with radiant aprilsonne and we remembered from a previous visit years ago that in the middle of the charming heidelberger city there would be plenty of opportunity to eat in the outside area of a restaurant too lunch. the table we selected was attached in the restaurant cenmoro at the corner market place. the good: wonderful weather and a seat on the historic marketplace ensured a soothing ambiente. the bad: since we were in Germany, not much could go wrong with my court, bratwurst and pommes, but my travel companion had not had so much luck. they complained about the inferior quality of the meat in their court. the ugly: after we had requested our bill, we had to wait almost biblically. every time the waitress came past our table, she tried to keep us at laune by calling us that the bill would be brought "in a minute". no such happiness. when she finally appeared with our bill in the door of the restaurant, she took a lot of time to make a photo on another table before she presented the bill at our table. in this case, the drinking money we thought about would be very small. when the bill was presented, however, and we handed over enough euro notes, the waitress refused to give us our change money and claimed that the change money was rightfully owned by her, as the drink money was not included in the bill. Apart from that this claim is doubtful, as 99% of the Western European restaurants control and service costs are included in the bill, the height of a drink is always given we pointed the waitress to and after a short break she gave the change money reluctantly. no tip after this theater of course.

After 29 years again visited and we were not disappointed. the tables were bathed outside in the sun, so we sat on the marketplace to enjoy our eating. and jägerschnitzel came with large portioning pommes and insufficiency saats. I asked for a sprite limonade and an orange juice and limonade. my German is simple, so the orange juice somehow lost in translation. I don't know what my man drank at the end, but it was brown and not orange. the service was fast as we ate against 13 o'clock, but when the tables were filled, the waiting for eating was getting longer and other customers complained. the calculation amounted to 33.20 euro. a little expensive, but considering that it is a tourist trap that is not overpriced. we would visit again.

Eating is nothing special, less than the average to express it mild, beer and the salat beans were in order. we asked about the bill that didn't come, after renewed demand she didn't come, finally... there she was. 45 euro and 20 cent. I gave a 50-Euro bill and thought in thoughts about giving drink money, considering that the service was not so great and that eating was bad when the waitress just grabbed the 50, thanked me and wanted me a nice day and tried to do it? go away. Of course, I did not ask her for my change money, which she did not give. again I demanded the money back, yet she didn't want to give it to me and said she probably didn't make it clear enough that the drinking money was not included in the price and that the 5 euro belonged to her. Of course not. I insisted that she gave it to what she finally did. bad experience, I think in heidelberg there are much more beautiful restaurants. (that was server number 4.)

Very bad eating, very dry and twitty. the service has been informed. there was no feedback. after another demand her answer: the chief knows it. no replacement by new court, reduction of the price. not even an apology. if I were chief, I'd be ashamed. you can't recommend loading. we will no longer go there in a definite way.
