Dat is makkelijk geld verdienen! Het excuus van inwerken nieuw personeel trap ik niet in. Dat doe je maar met je eigen geld en niet met dat van mij!! We have always been regular customers of Sushi Point Heerhugowaard. The last few times the quality has fluctuated wildly. The flavors have become flat, the rice overcooked. Not worth the money anymore. After an email from sushi point telling us how we liked it, we received a gift voucher from them for 25 euros. She said that they had new staff, that they were busy with training, etc. We made another attempt this weekend. We picked up food, came home, and found a product was missing. On the phone they could give a gift voucher for 10 euros instead of delivering the product for 11 euros. We didn't like this, because we might not want to order from sushipoint anymore. We couldn't get any money back, but they thought we could make it for a while! I didn't agree with this, in the end they brought it an hour after the phone call. After all that whining, we finally started with the sushi. It wasn't worthless, but it wasn't something that really makes you happy either. We are looking for a new sushi place. Just ordered sushi from SushiPoint Heerhugowaard, the delivery was very fast and we were very positive about that. But when we opened the box it quickly turned into a disappointment. The sushi is absolutely not fresh, you can see that it has been in the refrigerator for a while, we ate a little bit of it, but the rice was so sticky that it was impossible to grab a piece of sushi without breaking the roll and the other adjacent rolls. wreck. Which led to the end result that the sushi has now ended up in the garbage bin. Wasted 50 euros. Naturally, we reported this to SushiPoint ourselves, the response was anything but service-oriented, a colleague had to ask whether the sushi was freshly made and the manager agreed that this was the case. A compensation? You don't have to count on that at SushiPoint. After I indicated several times that I regularly order sushi and that I was convinced that this fish was not fresh, nor was the roll, we received a 10 euro discount voucher as compensation. Not to forget that my colleague did not realize that he needed an email address for this... All in all, after writing this entire bible. A huge disappointment.
