Excellent dishes with perfect presentation. The menu, provided by chef Huub van der Velden and his brigade, is varied every month, with dishes that do justice to seasonal elements. The service is extremely correct, hospitable, yet accessible. Owner and host Ton Nelissen makes it a point to speak to everyone personally and to make them feel at ease. Both at the start and during the explanation of the dishes and/or matching wines. Despite the fact that the restaurant is almost always full, there is a quiet, friendly atmosphere. Never stress or panic about things going wrong, or rushed employees. That will probably happen, but we never notice it. We have enjoyed coming back here for years and expect to continue this in the coming years.
