Mcdonald's - Hedwig Village

Had to call somebody from the back to get serviced , didn’t even get my whole order right but didn’t have time to go back. They were rude.

I definitely don't like the new renovations. I used to have my kids play at this McDonald's everyday, but seeing how it's not family friendly or customer oriented anymore, it makes me not want to order any food here. The old set up was much better.

I sat at the outer speaker box and watched them take several orders back to back from the primary speaker box.

Total chaos with high school kids swarming the place at noon. Felt sorry for the staff. The place was spotless and comfortable, and food was up to standards. Go early or go late...not noon.

Found paper wax cooked in my quarter pounder, manager gave me a free burger,, wow,
