Finally I have found a place where you can find out how to make a half chicken with pomfries as they should be. Have bought it twice at this place and it was just good every time. The chicken was with crisp skins and comfortable moist in the meat. The Pomfrines were perfect. Maybe a little more salt for the pomfries
