I can not remember the last time I gave a restaurant lower than 4-stars. You would think in a busy airport, this place would be quick, but it was the opposite mostly because the host and waiters were more interested in their phones and watching TV. It was not busy, but we still waited over 10 minutes before we saw our waiter and he made us wait longer. Once our food order was in, the food did come quickly, but that was about 30 minutes after we sat down. Our waiter never checked on us once he brought us our food. I did stop him so we could get refills. If you have the time and don't mind the service or lack there of, the food was really good.
• Just like others said wish I could give 0 stars! Extremely slow and careless service, incorrect order brought to me. Made the mistake of trying something new besides Outback. Next time I'll go there. AVOID!! • Place was about half full, so nothing crazy. Took 15 minutes to get my beer. When it arrived, it was covered in foam and sticky and all I heard was that they're having issues with the tap. What the heck? Then wipe the glass BEFORE you carelessly set it in front of your guests! Unbelievable. • Food was horrible. Not in taste in each ingredient necessarily, but it was cold when it got to me. It was inaccurate. I specifically made sure my food choice from the menu didn't have goat cheese and checked the item description on the menu twice. When it got to me, the burger was smothered in pungent goat cheese. I get mistakes happen, but it was so frustrating that it took 25min to get my order I didn't have time to simply complain and to send it back nobody to complain to, because no server in sight. And I didn't have another 30min to wait for a new meal to be made. • I asked for the bill immediately when the food was brought. It still took a long time. At an airport food place a quick turnaround and quick service is even more important than the quality of the food itself. Expect 40min here even with a fairly empty place. • I felt bad for leaving a bad tip, but at the same time I really didn't. Awfully slow and careless service, accompanied by wrong order. What the heck am I supposed to tip for then?
Service? Lacking. Food? I never found out. With a little over an hour till my plane boards, I walk up to the hostess to be seated; she looks stressed, walks through the place, and comes back to offer me a seat at the end of the bar, in the back. I see an empty table, don't demand it, but say I'd rather not sit at the bar. She decides to seat me at the table, but makes it clear she's unhappy because I'm not with a group. Then I sit for 16 minutes with a waitress, bus person and this hostess all walking past me several times but I'm not given a setup, not offered a glass of water, no drink order was taken, no food order was taken. In fact nobody spoke to me at all, even as I tried to get their attention. I finally gave up...got up, took my bag, and walked out, past the three who never acknowledged me once I was seated, and who said nothing as I walked out. I wasted half an hour there and only had time for MacDonald's as a result. Really disappointing end to a business trip, and a mistake I will not make again.
They market food, but they weren’t even cooking. Directed me to another restaurant.
