Cafe Klaser - Heber Springs

What a bummer. Hostess was great but the waitress left us for a table of 10. We sat patient for over 30 minutes watching others getting to order and eat there food. One bad apple ruined a night for me and my family. Shootout to the other waitress who finally asked if we have ordered. Oh wait... another customer pointed that out too....Food looked good at the tables around me though. Maybe this is a locals only type of place ??? Service: 1

The host was very friendly! We were in good spirits until we noticed our waitress taking orders from 4 other tables that arrived after us. It seems that there are no issues if you have a large party. I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. It is one of my top three restaurants in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4.

The food was incredible. The stuffed steak was delicious. The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful. I will definitely be returning for more. Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5. Dine in for dinner, with a price range of $20-30 per person.

The atmosphere is all that was worth this time. The service was poor, the food was edible at best. If you want a view of the river, that is the only reason I would recommend this place. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
