We reside in Vernal and always make a point to pick up dessert to-go. On November 14th, we made a stop and purchased 3 slices of pumpkin cheesecake, 2 fruit tarts, and a loaf of cinnamon bread. The staff member who assisted us was unfriendly and somewhat rude. The pastries were all quite stale and we were thoroughly disappointed, especially considering the prices. My husband paid with our card under the name Carroll Estes. We would appreciate it if you could rectify this situation by either sending a gift card or reimbursing us on our debit card. We enjoy bringing treats home but this experience left us dissatisfied.

I have always had a great experience at Kneaders in the past. The service was fast and friendly, and the food and pastries were always good. However, during my most recent visit, the guy at the register took a long time to figure out how to work it and seemed clueless about how to get things correct. Additionally, the ladies in the back were just walking around looking at their phones and not helping at all. After taking 8 more orders, the same guy went to the back and got our order while the ladies continued to talk and message on their phones. We ordered pastries and it took them 40 minutes to prepare and bring it to us. There were 5 workers there and 8 customers, so the service was very unprofessional and took too long.
