Meanwhile, the manager was socializing nearby, seemingly unaware of the situation. Guests arriving were met with the same lengthy wait time repeatedly, and it was evident that the hostess was struggling to manage things. This has been my experience every time I visit, even when it appears there is an active manager at the front. Instead of projecting confidence and hospitality, they appeared disoriented, frequently checking papers as if they were lost. I can’t help but suggest that either the system or the personnel at the front needs to be re-evaluated. I found myself waiting for over 25-30 minutes while watching people leave due to the lack of seating being managed properly. This situation goes beyond just server coordination—improving front-of-house operations and food service could easily elevate this establishment to a five-star rating. As a side note, when I addressed the manager about the need for assistance at the front, he responded with irritation and defensiveness. Rather than addressing the concern with understanding, he seemed unaware of what was happening even after I had observed it for 45 minutes. The renovation has greatly improved the place. It’s much brighter inside, and the new windows offer a fantastic view of the mountains. The food was decent, though it seems geared more towards tourists rather than locals. The prices reflect those typical of Park City. The staff is still adapting to the changes, so the service was not the best, but it was sufficient.

It was busy but our server could have been more attentive. The food was marginal. I had scrambled eggs and they were partially cooked. We have been going there for 30 plus years and it seems they left out what was their big draw

This place is 10/10. We are locals in heber and we have always liked the Hub but now after the remodel and relaunch it is even more of a family favorite. The food is so good and hearty and the service is unmatched. You feel like family here. I even have celiac and great care was taken to make sure I could order what I want and that I would be safe eating. Amazing place and amazing people.

The newly remodeled Hub is a must-visit destination. The salads are fresh and offer a great variety, the chicken thighs are flavorful and tender, and the corn chowder is absolutely delicious. The new non-alcoholic drink menu is definitely worth checking out (and trying!). Plus, the updated bathrooms are quite nice. I highly recommend this place to both locals and tourists!
