Oh, the bread was incredible! The capsicum on top was delicious! The wine was excellent too. It's a shame that a Balkan restaurant hasn't managed to last long-term in Brisbane! I appreciated how the Balkan Lounge put a modern twist on some dishes, but some items felt a bit too traditional for contemporary Australian tastes, like the cream and raw onion served with the cevap plate.

The Balkan cuisine was absolutely outstanding! It's a shame they're closing down. Brisbane really needs to step up its game! I'm so disappointed...
