Lapaloma - Heath

We've been coming here as a family for many years, and we've never been disappointed! It's always a must-stop when our relatives visit from the city. We tend to order the same favorites each time, and while it may not be the healthiest option, it's so delicious that it's definitely worth it! If you haven't already, make sure to try the cheese sopapillas—they're amazing!

This was my first visit, and it was just okay. The food lacked excitement and flavor; I ordered the smothered bar burrito. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was busy, but I had hoped for a bit more. I'd be willing to give them another try.

The line at the door was long, and the atmosphere felt overwhelming right from the start. The waitress at the register was quite rude, which was disappointing since it was our first time visiting. She didn't seem willing to answer any of our questions and had a dismissive attitude. The food itself was underwhelming; the salsa was served in large bottles, similar to ketchup, and wasn't chilled. The only positive aspect of our experience was the woman who brought our food to the table. She was very polite and pleasant.

We haven't been in the main restaurant for several years, but it was really wonderful to see the new layout since covid. I needed more space because I need to use a wheelchair now. we loved the great food and the great service. we will return.

I went and ordered my food my girlfriends food and my sons food and they never even brought me my food so I went to the desk and they didn?t even order it the last three times I?ve been in this place it?s been a mess nothings ever right I love the food but when you got a bunch of kids that run it and the manager sits in the back and doesn?t say anything I will never step foot in that place again. All 3 times that something went wrong not one of the workers asked if i needed anything. One time we found what looked EXACTLY like a tooth in sour cream. The next i almost choked on a tooth pick and now this. Never again will i go in this place. Taking care of customers should be your priority!!!!
