Ihop - Heath

We ordered French toast with sausage for our meal and received cold French toast. After sending it back, it was returned to us still cold. To make matters worse, we were not given any discount on our bill. I would not recommend eating at this IHOP if you prefer your food hot.

I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant after my car broke down. I chose to order flavored pancakes because I prefer them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive two plain and doughy pancakes. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they refused to refund my money. They suggested I drive back, but I was too frustrated to do so. The rest of the meal was also subpar, so I ended up barely eating anything. Overall, I would not recommend this place as it was a waste of time and money.

We waited for 45 minutes without any drinks or menus. We felt frustrated that we had to wait so long. Lurking, the wonderful server we had heard about, was unfortunately not working that day. Instead, we were helped by Jennifer, another server who seemed unprofessional and unhelpful when we asked for assistance.

They had the best service and the wonderful staff. that food came so fast that we didn't wait long. the prices were really good! breakfast for 2 people I spent $25! it was amazing! ihop is the best place for great eating and a pleasant atmosphere to go.

Went there last night for dinner. It was not at all what I expected. Having worked for IHOP years ago, I expected it to be so much better. The prices are outrageous, the food was mediocre at best and my daughter sat with an empty drink. The server who appeared to be new, delivered the food and didn’t check on us again until the very end of our meal. Then, to top things off apparently they don’t salt their sidewalks and my autistic daughter fell on their sidewalk. If we want IHOP again, it WILL NOT be this one.
