Brown's Restaurant - HEARTS DELIGHT

I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was poorly cooked and some of my wings were burned. I do not recommend this place.

Very poor service..food was not very good..table top was wobbly felt like I was dining on a sail boat..And expensive for what I had ordered.

We lucked out that Brown's was open and not far of a drive from the cottages we were staying in Heart's Delight. Both times we were here for dinner and watched the beautiful sunset over Shag Rock, the view is amazing! I think it was my mission to eat fish chips and seafood chowder everywhere I went in NFLD because those two things I got at Brown's lol You seriously get your money's worth here. Whatever room the fish didn't take up on my plate, the fries did! And the soup chunks of fresh seafood swimming in a sea of creamy deliciousness (Also, I didn't wait till my soup cooled down because I was so excited to eat and I burnt my mouth) So be like me and eat here. But don't be like me and have patience with hot soup lol

The food at this restaurant is expensive compared to the quality. In particular, the Fish Chowder is severely overpriced at C$10.99, as it comes in a tiny portion that is half filled with potato cubes.
