Rose's Cafe - HEALY

Rosie's was recommended to us by the owner of the cabin we rented. We visited in June and ordered seafood. What we received was by no means fresh; in fact it tasted like frozen Gortons. We would never go back there again.

What a perfect spot for breakfast! It’s a little bit off the beaten path, and it’s as cozy as can be! Portions are generous, service is friendly, and the food is great! A great place for breakfast before you hit the park!

Stopped here for a late breakfast/lunch after finishing our tour in Denali. What a great “find”. Greeted when we entered, water served quickly. We ordered fairly fast and the food came out quickly. It was hot and tasty. We had the healy breakfast and the American breakfast and had the homemade sour dough french toast and it was amazing. Plentiful amount of bacon was served alongside. Check out Rose’s cafe you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic food in generous amounts but the service is what makes Rose’s unique. Knowledgeable, friendly and humorous, the staff add as much zest to a visit as the home made salsa. Chat about your order and be rewarded with some homespun wisdom as well as a delicious meal. The coffee mug is bottomless as is their well of homespun wisdom. Great for tourist information at no extra charge, they are clearly the hub of their community and deservedly so. We will be back (from Scotland!

Great local spot. Pancakes are larger than the plates! The cinnamon roll was delicious and the hot cocoa was a treat! We had great basic breakfast items as well. Worth the visit!
