Downtown Bakery Creamery - Healdsburg

I've never written a review before, but this place truly deserves one! I've been to nearly every coffee shop in Healdsburg, and theirs are by far the best espressos I've ever had. The sticky rolls are a must-try, especially when they have flavors like apple or blackberry. It's always an amazing experience there!

I had the pleasure of trying their koi rolls at the big ferry builder market, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The market's koi rolls are typically loaded with sugar and are quite white, so I approached them with caution. However, these were full and made with pure koi. They were also larger than the usual fig rolls and tasted delightful.

I've loved this bakery since I was a child, and it remains just as delightful today. Everyone knows about their world-class sticky rolls, but don't overlook the cakes, galettes, and broths—they're equally fantastic. Their ice cream is incredibly scrumptious as well; my favorite flavor is the tropical fruit. There can be a wait during peak hours, but the service is always excellent.

Yummy croissants and pastries. Super busy when we came in, long line, but worth the wait. Love all the pastries we bought, would definitely come back here again when were in the area.

Hands down the best bakery. You can't go wrong with their sticky buns, donut muffins, scones...everything is so good. It can get busy, so you have to get your sticky buns early. Very happy the new owners kept the original recipes. They are definitely local favorites. I grew up going to this bakery all the time so its nice to keep the consistency. They also have delicious coffee to pair with your pastries!
