Baci Cafe Wine Healdsburg

The food was exceptional, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being obtrusive. The burrata was fantastic, and the lamb shank was equally impressive. There are also great options for vegetarians.

We began our meal with the Burrata, which wasn’t enjoyable. The leek mixture was significantly under-seasoned and served warm, leaving the cheese with an unappealing lukewarm texture. My husband ordered the tagliatelle carbonara, which was the highlight of our meal, but the sauce was quite thin, and the side of chicken he added was very dry. I chose the tagliatelle with pan-seared scallops and sautéed mushrooms. Unfortunately, the scallops seemed to have never been seasoned, buttered, or even properly cooked. The same went for the mushrooms; it felt like everything was tossed in raw with a sauce and quickly stewed, which was incredibly disappointing given the quality of the ingredients. The service was adequate, but honestly, you’d likely find better food at a local Italian restaurant in your hometown. There are plenty of other restaurants in Healdsburg and the surrounding area that are more deserving of your time and money.

The service was outstanding. This is a casual Italian restaurant, so be sure to make a reservation if you're going on the weekend. We ordered the Fettuccini con Gambeterri and the Capellini al Pomodoro, and honestly, it was just average—I'd recommend choosing something else. They likely have some fantastic dishes, but the menu is quite extensive, with over 50 options. It would be better to focus on 10-15 items and really perfect those.

Terrific restaurant just off the Healdsburg Square. I got the pistachio crusted halibut which was fantastic. My girlfriend got a pasta which was also nice. The other person in our group got the ossobuco with risotto. They said it was excellent. So manygreat restaurants to try an Healdsburg but you can add this one to the list to try at some point. Wish we had saved room for thegelato sampler for dessert. The corkage fee of $25 seems excessive, but given the region and the type of wine some people mightbe bringing in maybe not.

Last minute decided to go out! everything was delicious! our waiter is amazing and consistent!
