The Bridge - HBX

This is the in-house restaurant at the Clark Hotel in Hubli. It is a great restaurant with multiple kitchens, specializing in continental cuisine. We had breakfast here early in the morning and it was excellent.

This restaurant is a fusion of different cuisines, but my favorite is the Chinese food. The Chinese dishes are well-prepared and delicious, truly authentic. The ambiance is nice and the service is also excellent.

There are better options out there, but if you find yourself at Hotel Clarks Inn, you may have to settle. The breakfast is unappealing and the dishes lack flavor and authenticity. I decided to try the Ala carte menu for dinner, but when I ordered lasagna, I was served something else. The manager admitted that they were out of pasta sheets and offered me a complimentary dish. Unfortunately, my dinner was disappointing. Luckily, my friends had a seafood order mix-up, but the service was attentive.

This hotel is multi cuisine. But I like the chinese items most here. The chiense items are well prepared and good taste, we can say , authentic chinese. The ambiance is good and service is also nice
