Carmen's Bakery Deli - Hazleton

I must say, everything I tried at the bakery was quite good... until I ordered their $18.50 apple pie, which turned out to be one of the worst I've ever had. The crust was subpar; it seemed underbaked, and the apples inside were rock hard. There was no noticeable spice or sweetness, which was disappointing considering the price. I couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it away. I won't be ordering that again.

Authentic Italian pastries ..my favorite is the Napoleon..light flakey layers and incredible cream inside Mmmmmmm.Their sandwich menu looks incredible..I'm looking to try some of them today !!!!!

Very disappointed with the nut roll. The filling was very skimpy and it really didn't have any taste. At $12.50 a roll, I expected more. Will never buy the nut roll again.
