Purchased a black raspberry and a cherry pie and they were absolutely delicious. Definitely going to make it there once a month for pies. Recommend going in morning for more selection.

A fascinating Amish bakery with a unique charm. However, the variety of baked goods was somewhat limited during our visit.

What a lovely little gem in Amish country! The place is actually called The Flour Store. We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance, but a friendly young employee pointed us to the door on the side of the house, towards the back. This quaint food store offers a selection of books and toys, along with a small assortment of homemade baked goods. We picked up some wonderfully moist huropie cakes, some delicious peanut butter, and a cashew crunch that’s similar to peanut brittle but softer. Everything we tried was delightful. We were so happy that we decided to stop by!

This is a fantastic spot for those craving homemade baked goods. I tried a small chocolate chip cookie, a loaf of bread, a large jar of strawberry jam, a slice of banana cake, and a banana bread for just $14. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Just a heads up, there's a small sign by the autobahn stating that the owner is not responsible for any accidents, but that's also where you'll find the bakery entrance. I would highly recommend this place!
