Chick-fil-a - HAZLET

I really enjoy this restaurant chain, but this particular location was my worst experience yet. They close at 10:00 p.m., yet I arrived at 8:40 p.m. only to be told that the bathrooms were closed because they get dirty at night, and they want to avoid that issue. When I asked to speak with the store manager, she arrogantly stated that it was their policy. I'm fairly certain this might be against the law.

Only Chik fila and that gets your order wrong half the time. The manager isn’t friendly and acts like you are a nuisance if you ask for an extra sauce. Worst chikfila I’ve ever been to.

My Timmy's Dad senses led me here for dinner, and it was almost just as I remembered. My family and I came during a beautifully disorienting dinner rush, but we somehow got our food very quickly. Just as we got home and sat down to eat, my dad couldn't find what he ordered! So, we drove back and they kindly gave my dad his food after checking our receipt. Which reminds me- I'm still not sure if most employees should be under 18, but I guess those young and hip whippersnappers need to start somewhere.Anyway, the restaurant itself was pretty weird. Large boards were used as the walls of an employee-only room, and it seemed like the drive-thru wasn't properly working. We were told to wait in a little corner for our food.Besides all those things, my market salad was pretty good, but I wished I asked for no blue cheese. (Blue cheese is only meant to be melted!)Because I'm a dork, I want to start shouting out at least one person per review, so...Shout out to: Mac for being very leader-like, calm, and informative, even during the chaotic dinner rush!
