Eagle Rock Resort - Hazle

Stayed in the slip side hotel and there were 2 pairs of socks and 1 pair of underwear from the previous owner I was scared to sleep in there also no towels and I don’t think the silverware was cleaned I prefer staying in the sugarloaf houses or those type of houses I was just disgusted by the socks and underwear also gummies found under the dresser but I went to eagle rock for the past 7 years and this is the only time it wasn’t cleaned very much

Poor customer management. Calls me to qualify for a tour ahead of time. Week before actual tour, notifies me that thry cannot offer the full tour package BUT cannot give a reason why. I know kids who can write and speak more professionally than your staff (I'm looking at you Jason Savage).If this is the type of communication you one can expect from this company, why would I want to give you my money and deal with you for the rest of our (property) life?Look somewhere else, this place is not worth your time.

There's a recreational center, 3 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, a gym, a beauty spa, a lake for swimming, kayak and paddle boat rentals, canoe rentals, an equestrian center for horse lovers ?, tennis courts, an inn, a pavilion with many outdoor grilling facilities, log and conventional homes, a ski mountain and tubing and just nice clean air. I have a time share here in addition to the fact that we have purchased a piece of land here since 2014. It's a must see and go to place.

Warning! Do not buy land from this restaurant! I purchased land from them for 22k and was unable to sell it as its actual worth was much lower. They later bought the land back from me for only 8k, proving themselves to be dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not invest with them and be cautious in any dealings.
