Mcdonald's - Hazle Township

They need to hire more staff to manage the late-night drive-thru line. I waited for an hour and a half and still didn’t make it to the pay window, so I gave up and left. I’m really disappointed.

I was waiting for my order and inquired if they had Pokémon cards with the Happy Meals. The lady assured me they did, which influenced my decision to purchase them. However, when we opened the Happy Meals, there were no Pokémon cards inside, and everyone was disappointed. I called the manager, Marianne, on 2/22/21, but she told me there was nothing she could do to help. She didn't take any steps to try to resolve the issue or make me feel valued as a customer.

Cant beat the mcchicken! and always French pommes are a must. always enjoy mcdonald’s!

Was very disappointed when I went to the breakfast. Now I don't like cookies. So I always get the steak egg and that, and now they don't serve this article anymore.

Maia was extremely kind and attentive. She has a wonderful personality.
