New York Pizza - Hazeldonk

Pizza Caprese besteld via Thuisbezorgd. Pizza was lauw. Caprese bestond uit 3 cherrytomaatjes. Heb geen buffel mozzarella en geen pesto gezien. Wel kwak extra tomatensaus. Gebeld. Kon korting krijgen op volgende bestelling. Maar dat moest ik dan zelf even doorgeven de volgende keer. Ja dag, geen volgende keer voor mij. Heb 18,50 betaald voor slechte pizza. Service: Delivery

I ordered a pizza at 8:05 p.m. I didn't receive any information for a long time until I called and found out that the driver was there but he couldn't reach me, if I hadn't called I wouldn't have found out and kept waiting. I was told at 9:30 p.m. that they could make a new pizza and it would be delivered in another 40-50 minutes. I called again at 10:15 p.m. to find out that the driver had gone to the wrong address and they were simply canceling my order. This is one big joke, no professionalism and I only ordered 2 pizzas and I still didn't get them, I will never order from them again : the worst thing is that if I hadn't called myself, no one would have told me anything and I would have lost my money
