Burger King - Hazeldonk

That’s the worst service I’ve experienced in my life. We were waiting more than 30min in drive and at we give up! So bad : Service: 1

Been in the drive for over 45 minutes, no food yet! Nothing “fast” about this. Too bad, I was happy that BK was back in Breda, but this is too disappointing! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clean and new burgerking. Huge parking lot. Lots of screens to order on. I went around 20:15 so it wasn’t busy. Lots of choices for drinks (sprite with fruit flavours and such) Burger was warm but dry Curly fries were fresher Hot blondie was good Service was fast. Can’t complain Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered pickup for one person and noticed people who ordered after me being served, but didn 't take it too seriously. After 10 minutes of that I suspected something was wrong and decided to be rude : asked if my order was still being processed, to which I was assured is was. 20 minutes later multiple other customers started noticing I wasn 't being served before them, after which one angel of an employee noticed and was like why hasn 't this dude been served yet? be sure to prioritise it and give him something extra . Order arrived shortly after (50 mins wait) ICE cold, but with an additional cheeseburger and fries. I feel bad for the one lady who seems to want this place to work properly and gets shafted by others who seemed more concerned with keeping themselves hydrated through the soda fountain and looking cool. They 're new, but they have some serious staffing to solve before being able to serve.
