Should have read reviews first. I was new to this location. Only a couple of customers there when I arrived. Placed my order and was surprised, it was almost 15% more than location in Hazel Crest. But undeterred, I waited. 25 minutes later I inquired. Cashier said I must be hungry, I did want my food bloody. Unlike Popeyes, they cook fresh. After 45 minutes I inquired again, he said it was coming. I had given my phone number and had a text showing food was ready 10 minutes ago. He took my receipt and 10 minutes later, out came the food. He did offer a free drink, but at this point I just wanted to be done with Harold's. Food isn't bad, but just understand they are not quick with service.

I work in the area and had a taste for chicken. Called in order for a 4 piece chicken wings and fries. Order was ready quickly. Chicken was so fresh and crispy with tasty sauce all over chicken and fries. Plus, customer service on point as they brought out to the car. Will definitely order again, maybe today. The best Harold's I've been to in quite some time. It really was delicious, caught myself licking my fingers. No Cap!

Harold's is a must for me every time I hit the Chi, but it's weird. Not one location is the same. I prefer the fish filets over their chicken or the Harold's locations that sever the catfish steaks. Love the mild sauce from this location. Service was swift and fresh even though the lobby was due to Covid

If you from Chicago everyone has their favorite Harold's Chicken to go to, mines happened to be in the south suburbs! I know that all Harold's can have a bad day, this one for me and my family has very few of them! Hot, crunchy, juicy and seasoned are just a few words to describe this spot. Reasonable pricing compared to other Harold's too. In that area there are many Harold's to choose , but this one beats them hands down. It's a Harold's,so on occasions typical Harold's things may happen(Go to your Hood manual), but the awesome young lady at the counter has wonderful customer service and those things are very rare. I'm pretty sure they're some other awesome Harold's , but this is my go to.
