Mcdonald's - Hazard

I mean, it's a mcdonalds. they are a little slower, but we didn't have too many problems with wrong eating. we were forgotten, once in the drive through train up. looked there after 15 minutes before someone came and asked us what we had. it happens.

This restaurant is so bad. I have heard so many bad things about this place that I want to throw up. the only good thing is that I saw that a harry style look like there while I was eating there a few years ago. I've never seen this man again that I fell in love with him. So I'm terribly sad now! They had disgusting baths!

Every time I go through mcdonald’s, I have to go back because my order is messed up, this happens literally every time

Stood at counter for about 3 or 4 minutes waiting to ask someone for a napkin. Several employees including someone who seemed to be in management walked by and never asked what I may have needed. Finally after slapping the counter with my hand a yelling that I needed a napkin, someone finally came and gave me 3 napkins. Never going back and I recommend everyone that everyone to find a better restaurant to visit.

Recently I started door dashing in Hazard and had an order to pick up, technical glitch but the evening manager knocked it outta the park with amazing customer service and I was highly impressed with her!
