Panera Bread - Hayward

38 weeks pregnant and I found the lead of an eyeliner melted into my sandwich. Sandwich is yummy but check your food before u actually eat it. Open it up examine it bc u don?t know what u will find in there.

Purchased the new sausage, over easy egg, and cheese on Asiago bagel. Clerk was about to create a breakfast sandwich. When she asked what cheese I said the type that was listed.for the sandwich and stated I would have it exactly as it is listed. Then sheasked the bagel type and I pointed and again stated I would have it exactly as it is listed with Asiago. She looked and was likeoh. When I received it, it was cold and the egg had a dot of runnyness. Really underwhelming. Also the doors to get in (both setof doors as there's to to wall in the main) were both dirty. They had finger prints and black smudges all over them. My kidsdidn't even want to touch them.

My husband and I were impressed with the courteousness and warmth we received from the employees of this branch. Someone to greet you when you enter the cafe, someone managing the pick up orders so smoothly and everyone being so friendly! This team isdefinitely is doing something right! Appreciate you guys!

Food is delicious but can become pricey if you allow staff to talk you into certain deals. Love the freshness of every item. Staff is ultra friendly-never a bad experience.

Never been here before, I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the vegetable soup bowl. Overall it was hearty, there wasn't a lot of people inside and they have tables to charge you phones or laptops. Reminds me of Starbucks but serving food. The younggentleman at the register was really friendly and gave me great advice of what to eat.
