Olive Garden Italian - Hayward

We went to celebrate my niece's birthday, and her baby, the super friendly waitresses sang the mañanitas to her, and it was something very nice. God bless them.

Boy! Where do I start, this Olive garden never disappoints! Excellent service, hats off to their management, kitchen and staff! When they say in their commercials when you're, hear you're family, they meant it! Their whole staff from the hostesses to the servers and management are very respectful and so pleasant. They always put a smile on your face with the interaction you get. The food comes out quickly and their managers walk around always asking, how's everything? I take notice and I love the way their team works together and help each other out serving their customers. They have a great system down and work very efficient . They're one of two restaurants that I can say that about from my experience. Their bathrooms are always decent for the most part and their restaurants are always clean with a welcoming decor and atmosphere. And as always their food is wonderfully delicious!???? In closing, we have always had a positive experience at all Olive garden locations, with this location being no exception. But it has been our favorite out of all of them thus far. Again to the management, and the whole staff at this Olive garden location in Hayward, My family and I applaud you! ??? outstanding! Excellence at its best! Thank you for all your hard work and always giving us a wonderful experience at your restaurant! You truly do make us feel like family! ?

I was very surprised I didn't have to wait on a Sunday! We walked in and they sat down at a table of 4 immediately! ...the server was always ontop asking if everything was ok, he was very nice! I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it had alot of shrimp in it! ?????? I also had the Moscato sangria and I loooved that it wasn't strong! Just perfect! ??

Friendliness, spacious premises, variety of pastas on the menu, greetings, children's menu and drinks, fresh food and good prices.

The attention is terrible. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for bread and soups. The waitress also took forever to arrive before placing my order.
