Fire Wings - Hayward

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. When I mentioned that it was my first time there, the server guided me through the recommended flavors to try and even offered me a sample to taste.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and is supportive of National sporting leagues like football, baseball, soccer, and others, with TVs showing games while you enjoy delicious food. The owner is very hands-on and interacts with the patrons.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and everything was just okay. Thank you to everyone.

Ordered door dash requested crispy wings blue cheese and carrots over celery. Received undercooked wings ranch and mostly celery. Quite clearly was given the opposite of what was requested. 50+ dollar order there employees wasted my money. If you want better wings and better service in this area I would recommend TGI fridays.

I often go here for the Nashville chicken sandwich, or the tender fries, and every single time the food was delicious, the only place I’ve seen where their high spicy levels are actually spicy. The girl that’s often at the register is great too, she has red braids and is the nicest and provides the best service. Will continue coming for chicken :D !!
