Favorite Indian Hayward

We visited Favorite Indian Restaurant Hayward last week and found it to be overrated. Most of the dishes we ordered were overly salty, to the point where some were inedible. The chicken dish we ordered had very little chicken and was mostly just rice. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

My family and I enjoyed a nice lunch buffet in this restaurant. The servers were nice and attentive. Price was right and had a very good choice.

We really enjoy this restaurant, but on Saturday night they were incredibly overwhelmed by the greedy customers. It was difficult for them to keep the buffet fully stocked when people were piling their plates with entire food trays. This happened at least twice while we were there, and I'm sure it occurred more frequently. We will definitely come back, but we will avoid Saturday nights. The staff is usually fantastic, but on that night there were just too many people.

Although the food was good, the very young waiter was so inexperienced and really got on our nerves. He kept asking how it was. There was no room on our table for everything. He could have moved another table, but instead we didn't use our plates, but our silver sauce dishes. The food was delicious and plentiful and it was not full and loud.
