El Pollo Loco - Hayward

My mom and I both have the double taco salad. It is a great place and they have a nice selection of well drinks when you are in it. During lunch and dinner time, it can be full because there are many people order, but they have really nice employees and they always have someone in the register to help you while others work with providing food orders ready and with the drive thru to help people in their orders. Although I'm aware of your food that her music is really loud. Also sometimes the dining area echoes when many people talk at once.

Fast food that doesn't taste like that! Everything tastes great and you say the amount of effort and quality of the employees here. Apart from being very busy most of the time, I have no complaints!

Eating was fine. The chicken was dry, but edible. The staff was friendly and the service was good. It didn't take long to get our order after we placed it. This was our first time here, not sure if I will try. again or not, somehow on the fence.

I love the double chicken tostada! It's fresh, it's great quality and quantity, and the price is also fine. The salsas are great, the Pico de Gallo is amazing, the green sauce is just a bit hot and the house salsa is great with the tostada. The staff is amazing, they are very warm. Mostly Latinos that make you feel like at home.
