Auntie Anne's - Hayward

Today at on my lunch I came to auntie Anne's to grab me a bite to eat. There was only one guy standing at the counter and he seemed he have already ordered so I was waiting for someone to greet me or help me or something and no one acknowledged me two other Mexican ladies came up and they instantly took their order and I said oh the line is over there because I was next and one other lady all she did was say oh sorry but no one still proceed to accommodate me or help me.

Very unsatisfied staff needs training to be polite and engaging towards the costumers needs. Most of them look very hateful. Needs training on customer service and engagement. Learn from target.

Crew that works here Tuesday June 28th 2 are terrible. Literally no one in line and the guy working the register helps the guy behind me even though I was the only one standing there alone for a minute. The other girl working there too didn't help out she saw me multiple times and just went on pretending she's busy. Spend your money on better food like the boba place next door.

Very unprofessional store, my order was very late and I was the only customer and the cashier was in a very bad mood, very unprofessional.

I love the product, but the customer service I was given was not good when I went.
