Professor's - Hays

This place is the sweetest! They have tons of sandwich and salad options, soups and local honey and mushrooms. They are very adaptable to people with gluten allergies and underbed bread with my salad for a cut orange! If they get gluten-free bread for their sandwiches, I would probably live there because their sandwiches are so good!

The food is fresh and tasty and I love the farm to table concept. They put their local honey in all the things they can. We had the tomato soup. It was made with fresh organic tomatoes and was definitely made at home. We also had the BLT on Texas Toast. It was a simple sandwich, but it was full of bacon. We had the honey limonade; it was very good. The meal came with two free cookies. They were made with whole grain and carved with honey. They were nothing special. Overall, the meal was great, but $25 for two sandwiches seems pretty high.

This place has good healthy food and fast friendly service and the prices are on site! I am here several times and will never be disappointed! Every time I go here, I try something else. Every article on the menu I tried was always delicious and fresh. Over an hour away to live my wife and I find an apology to visit this place in Hays and would recommend to anyone to try if they want a healthier alternative to lunch. Word quickly spreads how good this restaurant is to visit. We recommend everyone visiting Hays to check this place!

Thè sandwiches, served with chips, are delicious!!!My husband likes the salad. We love their honeý.wonderful flavor for teà or in hot water(helps with allergies). Clean with frièndly folks, fast service àns great food.

I was just passing through, and made one of the best decisions of my life ,to stop here .The staff was very friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing!!!We bought bbq sauce and apple butter .I hope i get to come here again someday
