Loved this building.. great owners… I managed a coffee shop in this forever back in college… Amazing ****** Mary!!!

This was my first visit to the Paisley Pear in Hays. I've heard so many good things about it and would have to say it was even better than expected! The quaint decor made me feel as if I was back in one of the unique bistros in Denver (which I sincerely miss). The service was top-notch and the food delicious — you just have to try their flatbread pizza! Will definitely return on my future trips to Hays!

Beautiful venue for bridal shower, staff courteous and attentive.

Always a great spot for lunch and a glass of wine. The proprietor goes out of his way to make sure that every guest is well cared for and the space is historically charming and perfectly located downtown.

The wine slushes are yummy and the staff is great! Edit: They added lettuce wraps to the menu after my original remarks about gluten-free options! Thanks, Paisley Pear crew!:
