Billy Sims Barbecue - Hays

Ribs were fall of the bone. Cafeteria choice style like Dickies out west. BBQ sauce was good.

This was really some of the best barbecue I've had in a long time. We came in close to closing time so unfortunately they didn't have a lot of product or condiments. We kind of got rushed out a little bit but the food was worth it.

Really friendly staff, hot food, great prices and clean restrooms. We tried the hotlink sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich. The hotlinks were not spicy, and they contained cheese, but the pulled pork was really good. The sides were hot and fresh. Overall, I recommend it if you're look for quick, good barbecue!

Does not look like much and it is counter serve. BBQ is excellent. Fine in, drive through, pick up

Make some good mac&chili…and the meats are well cooked…was worth the random drop in.
