I recommend trying their double steamed chicken soup. absolutely beautiful and they can say from the aromes that it was cooked with the double steam method for a quite long cooking time. my favorite was the one with cocose nut and it was served beautifully in a cocose! her golden prawn w/ salted egg yolk was also delicious. the only bottom is the section. We have been there for the first time to come to this restaurant and perhaps not thinking about coming back. first we made the booking online and received the confirmation. the owner told us, however, that we did not review emails and did not accept them. then I wondered if I would go by phone and email. then they told us they found my booking. but they have no tables left, unless we have nothing to do with seeing before the whole restaurant. table and chairs are very small. each table was close together. the personal was not professional and they do not do what they have their restaurant. the food price was very expensive and not quite reasonable, but at least the quality was still acceptable. Th presentation of the restaurant was nice, with the chinese decorations However the food tasted like any other. The price is so not worth it as the quantity was very small I would rather go down to the nearest bbq restaurant and order the beef brisket and steam chicken for half its price !!!!!
We ordered a Double steamed pigeon soup in whole coconut and a Double steamed silky fowl soup with American ginseng and shisu that came to a total of $49.80. I expected a place so luxurious and grand looking to taste better than the family diner next door, which I went after and got a better tasting deal for the money The pigeon soup was overwhelmingly sweet and the taste of coconut was all I got. I personally don't think that it fares better than something that i can throw together in a pot under an hour. Unless they are cantonese or can appreciate cantonese cuisine / soup / ingredients, they do not disturb. decor beautiful, menu expensive, only for cantonese taste
