Poporo Japanese Modern Cafe Restaurant

I used to visit this restaurant occasionally when I lived in Sydney. I always ordered their pork katsu curry, and I thought it was one of the best dishes I had ever tried.

I always thought Japanese restaurants could do no wrong, but Poporo on Level 3 of Market City proved me wrong! It is located right next to the food court.

Western cuisines and the flavors are amazing. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is always top-notch. I highly recommend trying the half dishes here, you won't be disappointed!

Sat for the second time after a few years, it turned out not a happy experience. The environment was not satisfactory, smell and dirty glasses. Back to food itself, it was the worst stream rice we ever had in a Japanese place, which was too watery and stuck together. Won't come back again.

Setting is nice and price is affordable. Meals were average at best. Was somewhat disappointed and other members meals were poor. Dirty tables everywhere.
