Alazan Mexican - Hayesville

I attempted to place a final order at this restaurant, but the person taking my order was on a loudspeaker phone with disruptive background noise. The noise was so loud that she couldn't hear me, even after multiple attempts to communicate. Eventually, they began calling me names in Spanish, which I understand fluently. Hopefully, they will realize one day that background noise can hinder communication and hurt their business. I tried to explain the issue, but instead, I was met with rude behavior and name-calling. This type of treatment is unacceptable.

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at an excellent Mexican restaurant located on Blair Creek Plaza. The food was flavorful, the service was efficient, and the staff was very welcoming. I strongly suggest giving their Monterrey Burrito a try and leaving some space for their delicious desserts.

I attempted to place a takeout order over the phone, but the person on the other end was using a speakerphone with distracting background noise, making it difficult for her to hear me. After multiple attempts to communicate, she resorted to insulting me in Spanish, which I understood. Hopefully, they will eventually recognize that excessive background noise hinders communication and could be impacting their business. Being called names for simply trying to clarify the situation is completely unacceptable.
