Morjana Lounge Shisha - Hayes

A good setup for shisha. The entry is from a bed and breakfast place called Heathrow Inn. A bit confusing as the shisha bar is on the inside. You have to pay before you get the shisha. They have a portable TV screen to view matches while you have your shisha. There is a waterfall which gives it a nice calming experience. Music is being played on a low volume as well. Most of the negative reviews are for the hotel and NOT the lounge.

Sheesha was amazing, had the frozen raspberry mint. Also liked how it wasn't that busy. A great place to just have good sheesha and chat with mates

The WORST lounge I have ever been to. AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME. The premium shisha lasted 12 minutes. The food came out 40 mins late for it to be the wrong order. The “manager” SAM is very rude and uncivilised. Does not have any customer service skills and definitely NO manners in the way in which he speaks with customers. Don’t waste your time or money. The lounge is empty and it clearly shows why they have 0 customers.
