Contribuiți la feedbackReminder to myself..always check yelp before going somewhere new. rogers 2.5 star average is generous. pulled up to the drive through to order 3 meals. after ordering the first one she gives me the total and tells me to pull up. i said I have 2 more orders. give the next one and she gives me the total and tells me to pull up again. i remind her there was a 3rd order. she takes the final order with a heavy sigh. pull up to the window and am ignored for about 5 minutes. the window pops open and the girl says here and thrusts one of the three milkshakes at me and disappears. about 3 minutes pass and she pops out with the 2nd. 3 minutes later she 's back with the last shake and all three burgers and fries shoved in a bag. I ask for some fry sauce for the meals and she handed me one and disappears. at this point she 's done with me and ignoring me once again. now I have not payed my $47 bill. no receipt provided. she returns to the window, i can tell she is not thrilled and says what? I said I needed a couple more fry sauce and to pay her. she didn 't seem to care she had just potentially cost her employer $47. We arrive home to find everything in the bag smashed. also my meal without the bacon i ordered and paid for and with the onions i requested them to leave off. all 3 fries were a soggy, oily undercooked and under-portioned mess. Milkshakes had good flavor but very thin. Burger had 0 flavor. i can 't believe these guys are franchising enough to be building a corporate headquarters. my experience and apparently about 35 others would say stop! get this right before shipping it out. better food and service at zips or paul bunyans.

Sent husband my order after viewing their menu online, I wanted the burger of the month. Husband came home with the order and the burger of the month was not even beef, it was a new burger of the month but they didn't change their menu to reflect that. I called to inquire about what type of mystery meat I was given. Was told they have a new special, and that they would let someone know it was wrong on their menu. No effort was made to make the situation right and we were stuck footing the bill for their mistake and an item we threw away.
I was very disappointed with this restaurant this evening. Normally I'd give this place a glowing review but the service this evening was horrible and disrespectful. Understand, this restaurant closes at 9pm, but I was one car back at 8:45. The truck ahead of me pulled forward and it was 8:49. I sit there waiting for a response only to get an automatic notice that they are closed. Vehicle behind me so I can't back up. So I figured I'll stop at the window and see if they'll take my order. Truck ahead pulls forward and gets their food and it's only 8:55. Ok... so maybe I'll atleast get an apology... maybe they'll take my order. NOPE. The person in the window along with either the manager or cook turn their backs completely to me even with me stopped. Talking, laughing but clearly ignoring me with effort. I can clearly still see people inside eating. I probably could have went inside and talked to the manager but by this time I was visibly irritated and not in the mood to deal with it I've been a pretty loyal customer for some time but not after this. They have good burgers and that's the only reason they are getting 2 stars. If I could rate the service experience this evening they would get no stars.
Don't go here if you want lettuce on your burger. They are always out of lettuce. When asked why they just don't go over to Walmart the response is the lettuce is not up to our standards. What does it matter. The lettuce is inside of a hamburger. Are you going to open your hamburger up in a spec to let us when you get it. The manager needs to be fired.
