Qdoba Mexican Eats - Hayden

Delicious Mexican cuisine! They offer a variety of options, including taco bowls, salads, rice, and meats, along with plenty of toppings to customize your own meal.

This location has really declined recently. We used to visit Qdoba at least once a week, but tonight was the final straw. The restaurant was dirty, with food scattered everywhere. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed indifferent to their jobs. The line staff would mention that certain ingredients were missing, and it appeared the manager was regularly yelling at them, dismissing their requests with comments like "not today" or "not happening anytime soon." Many ingredients were unavailable because they were only preparing small quantities, resulting in our food being of poor quality. And that was if we were even able to get in to order! During our last few attempts to visit—at various times, lunch or dinner—the doors were locked during business hours, and staff would only come to the door to say they were accepting online orders only. Overall, we are very disappointed in this location. It used to be fantastic, but with the low morale, rudeness, and subpar food, it’s no longer worth our money.

I called ahead to check if they actually had food, because 99% of the time when I've walked in, most menu items are unavailable, and they don’t seem to intend to make more. They often lack the basics like beans, rice, steak, veggies, and sour cream—essentially everything you’d want to order. The last time I called, I was told I could only place an order online. When I inquired about ordering over the phone, the employee bluntly told me they couldn’t keep the phone lines open all night because they had to cook. So, I attempted to order online instead, but their online ordering system was turned OFF. I spent over 30 minutes trying to order just one mini bowl! If you can't walk in, can't place an order over the phone, and can't order online, what are the employees actually doing? Clearly, they’re not preparing food or serving customers.

I love Qdoba. Mainly their nachos. I went in there today and the girls that were working there you could tell were doing their best with the best smile they could put on. I ended up waiting in like for 15 minutes because of how many people wanted Qdoba today. There were two girls with an incredibly long line. The people in front of me all understood what they were going through and I really hope the people behind me did as well. The nachos I got were as good as ever! To the girls you got this! I've worked in the service industry and its not easy but you're doing great!

Stopped in today for lunch and was a little worried when I saw the dining room was empty and wanted to leave but other people in our party wanted to eat here so we started ordering. I was again hesitant to continue when i saw the state of the food area. Almost all containers were empty or nearly empty and the counter space between each container was covered in spilled food. The floor in the kitchen had spilled food as did the dining room floor. The employee who started our orders was very friendly. A second employee came from the back to finish the orders and then a third employee came from the back and pulled what looked like a foil seal out of the queso container. The chips smelled like old, rancid oil. When we were headed out to gather our fountain drinks and cutlery, we found almost all the lids were gone and there were three total napkins. The experience left me with an icky feeling and I won't be back.
