Subway - HAWLEY

I started my order with I am allergic to cheese please change your gloves and knife as to minimize the cross contamination. Request was complied with (a dirty look was delivered to me as she did so) plain white Italian bread Italian cold cut was my order I had to figure out what meat goes on it. And then I was asked if I wanted Cheese when I asked did I not start this order with I am allergic to cheese it is my job to ask it just seemed rude to me. Got a very squashed sandwich. I paid with my Subway gift card which was in my hand the whole time i was giving my order and again I was snapped at you should have told me it was a gift card this whole process seemed rude and unprofessional. Her parting words to me was next time you will have to be better prepared well sorry I will not be stopping here again. Dietary restrictions: Grudgingly applied.

Don't know why all the negative reviews. Been here many times and staff always seem friendly enough. Some staff give a good amount of veggies some don't but you can always ask for more and their glad to do it. I'm not a huge fan of Subway itself and don't visit as much as I used to over the past couple of years since they changed the bread but the individual locations have no control over that. It's never too busy here and still a much better choice than the McDonald's or other fast food at the exit.

**** poor service, old veggies, stale bread, and the wait was painfully long and there was only one other person ahead of me. This place is a joke also will be calling the health department on them as well as filing a complaint with corporate.

Never good when you have to ask for more vegis on a vegi sub. Not worth the money!!! Keep driving. Dirty and poor customer service.
