Dairy Twist - HAWLEY

I took my family for ice today. My wife told the girl the three different flavors of pots of hard ice she wanted. The girl continued to give my wife ice cream, were not the flavors my wife repeated her 4 times. When my wife told her that this was not the flavors I asked for the girl, saying that one of the flavors that my wife asked was not hard ice. At no moment the girl mentioned that before serving the ice. She insisted that we had to pay for ice cream, which was not what my wife had ordered or wanted. I was charged anyway. You call that terrible customer service.

I have Parkinsons so for those who do not know about this disease..we suffer from betrayal, weakness, shake and when I asked lady behind the counter today for more napkins, she sighed and only gave me a napkin. I asked for more. She told me there were about 3 wound around the cone. The napkins are cheap, so for three napkins it corresponds in my eyes as one. I don't understand why this place must be so stingy on the napkins. And I don't want to go through the whole game of my suffering from Parkinson and have to explain why I need more napkins before other customers. Customer service must have more compassion and not sigh or ask why people ask things or give an attitude.

Has a good choice of ice and other desserts. To the bad it is the only choice at the lake as you have to deal with the rude servers behind the counter. The service gets worse when the season continues. I have seen that they are rude to seniors because they decide too long, as well as younger families. Hopefully the owner will see this and set up their act. Rita's is right on the street, but not real ice
