St Hubert - Hawkesbury

I gave 4 for rating because usually, I have no problems with service and the food. However, I have to say that on Sept 2, around 8 PM, pretty much everything went wrong. To start with, I saw only kids serving, no adult supervision and the kids were definitely unperforming. It was difficult to order at the counter because there was so much loud talking in the kitchen I could barely hear what the cashier attendant was saying. Secondly, the person serving the food was walking around with food in his bare hands, I could only hope they (his hands were properly washed. We ordered salads and they were very poorly prepared. One salad had ingredients missing and was 95% lettuce leaves....(where's the rest of the stuff? Also, I saw a person drop fries on the counter, picked them up with bare hands again and put them back in the meal box. The whole experience left me with a very bitter taste. To the owner of St-Hubert in Hawkesbury: do not leave kids alone managing the store and please make sure they get proper training in preparing food. Next time I go, if I don't see at least one responsible adult in there, I will just walk out without ordering anything. From the other posts I've read up to a couple months before, I am not the only one complaining about this. To me it means the owner is not doing much to fix the issue or does not have control over the situation. Sorry, but the data in the reviews is there to show it.

We went to the st hubert bbq hawkesbury the order was not right i order a leg combo with rib i got a breast my ribs where so dry fries where cold service well we want say the food was not that great for 72$ for 2 wY TO MUCH NENNY IS WAY MORE BETTER st hubert is like all the other kentuckey suck mc donal not the same they all have the same problem teenager are running the show and it shows cause food suck real bad

Take out for my team on the night shift. Food was great. Service was quick and

No drink included with the surprise combo (very upsetting),and no fork with the coleslaw. Had to squeeze the coleslaw out out of the plastic container to eat it cause no fork was provided. Lack of fries big time. Had to repeat myself talking. Wasn't happy about the no fork at all.

Personally I wasn't a fan of the food not because of the representation it was just the overall taste. Just not for me. However, the customer service was fantastic and the place was very clean.
