Coffee tastes really bad, its not fresh. I went in there in the morning. The young lady at the front is very slow and has a bad attitude. She was chewing a chewing gum while taking the order. I didn’t get her name bcoz she was not wearing a name tag. Poor customer service and bitter taste coffee.

Worst tim Hortons iv been to. Slow, orders are always wrong. 20minutes waiting in line and then another 10 minutes waiting on a drink and breakfast sandwich!?!?!? Avoid this place!

Poor slow service ... bacon grilled cheese not fully cooked and broccoli soup was half full and chicken halebano wrap was sloppy wrapped it was not eatable and lettuce was saugy so not going

Would've given 5 stars if they opened when they said they'd be opened. Went there just now 8:30pm (monday) and they locked the doors for cleaning...Please update hours to the times your doors are opened. Much appreciated. Thanks.

Worst times ever always out of everything, staff doesn't even know there menu n are rude. Don't waste your time go to the one McGill.
