Had a lovely meal here with quick service and in a bright, welcoming environment. Have dropped one star for service only because the order was mistakenly processed incorrectly. This was, however, rectified immediately with apologies and did not detract from the experience. Will definitely return. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had breakfast at this restaurant with a group of 12, and we experienced multiple issues. Each of us had at least one item missing from our plates—whether it was eggs, potato scones, or toast that wasn't even toasted. Every meal was served cold, and we waited over an hour for our food. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told, "Unfortunately, I am the manager," and then she simply walked away without addressing our concerns. I will never return to this place; I felt completely disrespected as a customer.
