Starbucks Coffee - Haverhill

The service was excellent, and both the coffee and food were tasty. The drive-thru line was a bit long, but it moved at a reasonable pace. Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks locations I've visited.

This is honestly a fantastic restaurant with incredibly hardworking staff. It’s quite common to experience a wait these days, and I have little patience for those who get upset with the employees because of it. Seriously, what’s the rush? Are they so significant that they’re headed to the Middle East to negotiate peace? The day manager noticed my wait, and even though I didn’t think it was too long, she kindly apologized and offered me a complimentary treat for later. That’s the kind of manager you want—someone who pays attention to their customers. My cappuccinos are always excellent, and the staff is wonderful.

What really stands out is their outstanding customer service. Even during busy times, they remain patient and polite, unlike some other places I've been to. Recently, I faced a little hiccup when my phone died, and I thought I had my wallet with me. They were more than accommodating, took care of the situation, and even complimented me on being a great regular. They made the whole experience feel completely comfortable and friendly. I can't recommend this location highly enough!

Great Coffee. Unbelievable Hot Chocolate. Frequent the Alfred Street, Biddeford establishment because the staff is AMAZING.
