My family and I visited this café today for a snack and some coffee just before closing time. Typically, at that hour, you might encounter rushed service or unfriendly staff, but that was not the case here. The young woman behind the counter, whose name tag read Cynthia, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. She was also very patient with us, which made for a great experience. The customer service was outstanding—thank you for that! Additionally, the place was very clean. Overall, I highly recommend it! I usually place my orders using the app and opt for the walk-in option. I find that I need to order at least 10 minutes ahead to have any hope of my food being ready when I arrive. Last weekend, I placed my order 12 minutes before getting to the restaurant, but then ended up waiting an additional 17 minutes for my food. I only ordered three hash browns. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing: I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. As for the meal type, it was breakfast, and the price per person was between $1 and $10.

The staff seemed completely indifferent to their jobs and the customers. The cashier was occupied near the entrance and took her time coming over as I walked to the counter. I received the wrong coffee, but I just accepted it to move on. Later, while I was outside enjoying my drink next to my motorcycle, another employee stepped out to smoke just a few feet away from me. It felt like there was no one actually overseeing the store.
