Chicken Connection - Haverhill

I visited the restaurant today at 4:35 PM on October 31, 2014. We ordered two meals and two drinks for a total of $25.49, which I found to be reasonable. However, the potatoes were ice cold, and the ribs were dry and tough, as if they had been sitting out all day. The gravy was overly thick and resembled a paste, almost like a blob. Additionally, the coffee was not prepared when we arrived, and we had to wait six minutes after finishing our meal for it to finally be served.

I had the pleasure of using Chicken Connection for two events: the high school division for my son in 2018 and the college division for my daughter in 2019. The food and service were exceptional on both occasions. Rick and his staff are very professional and incredibly helpful. The quality of the food is top-notch; my guests couldn’t stop raving about it, even weeks later. I had a guest with a garlic allergy, and they were very accommodating. I will continue to recommend Chicken Connection to all my family and friends. The burgers, hot dogs, ribs, sausages, and mac and cheese are all delicious. I will always choose Chicken Connection because it feels like I have my own personal chef.

I had an amazing experience at Chicken Connection! Their pot pies are fantastic, and the solar-powered fried chicken is a standout. The fries are among the best I've ever tasted—definitely in the top two! The staff is incredible; they work hard and are extremely polite. I had a minor issue with my last pickup order, but the team went above and beyond to resolve it. I'm more than happy to support this business and encourage everyone in the area to try it out—no one has walked away disappointed! I highly recommend Chicken Connection; I've never been let down, and everything is delicious. The staff truly makes the experience special!

I want to extend my gratitude to Chicken Connection for sharing my 'lost dog' flyer. Thanks to the flyer, my scared dog, Karma, has been found and reunited with us. We're also incredibly thankful to 'Lost Dogs Massachusetts' and all the neighbors who kept an eye out and alerted us whenever she was spotted.

The food is solid, straightforward options. I tried the open-faced sandwich with stuffing and potatoes, and everything was delicious.
